The AMX Innovation Awards at UBTech 2012 sponsored by the University Business Institute are now open for entry. The awards ceremony for The AMX Innovation Awards at UBTech 2012 will be held Monday evening, June 11, 2012 at the Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas, NV. Award winners will receive a combined total of $100,000 MSRP of AMX equipment.

The AMX Innovation Awards are an exclusive awards program designed to recognize innovative higher education institutions/departments, their accomplishments and best practices of the use of technology and will recognize an institution of higher education in each of the following categories:

  • Automation and Control — for the most innovative use of automation and control systems in learning environments
  • Collaboration Initiatives — for the most innovative collaboration practices in higher education
  • The Connected Campus Award — for the most innovative Connected Campus innovations in higher education.

Membership into the Education Alliance program is required. Campuses may join the Education Alliance Program at www.amxallies.com. The Education Alliance Program (EAP) is a program designed to provide institutions of education the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues worldwide. Award entries close Midnight on April 30, 2012.
